Just under 100 head were sold at the first bred cow and pair sale of the fall
season in front of a moderate sized crowd
The pairs had the most interest with 3 different packages topping the sale
from $3100.00 to 3150.00!  The balance of the pairs traded from
$2900 and down.  3rd period bred cows topped at $2175.00.  4 breeding bulls
sold from $1700 to $2300.
233 slaughter cattle including 105 fed steers and heifers that sold with
moderate demand on a top of 188.50.  Overall quality not as attractive
as last couple of weeks!
The slaughter cow offering lacked the high yielding cows of last week other
than a few!
Bull top was 140.00 with the balance mostly lower yielding bulls.
