The last special of April had 1033 feeders go thru the ring including
two pot loads of heifers plus several consignments of weaned and
vaccinated summer and fall born calves.  Those greener types were quick
to find new homes as buyers are still looking to stock their pastures.
The bulk of today's run was heavy in heifers weighing mostly 450-700#.
The steer consignments had the most numbers from 450-650#.
Next special is a breeding stock sale on Tuesday, May 2, 5 p.m. with
feeders on May 11th.
