Thursday,  January 6, 2022 - CAB Feeder sale

The January CAB sale featured 1588 head from some of the best managed herds in the area.   Majority
were long-timed weaned with 2 rounds of vaccinations and in medium or less flesh which made them
more appealing to buyers.  Several consignments of the lighter weight, greener steers & heifers were
purchased for backgrounding lots or grass with the heavier feeders most certainly headed to the feedlot
at a higher feed cost.
