Tuesday, August 25, 2020 - Packer Day

Hot, muggy weather brought fewer numbers to the sale today at 230 slaughter cattle were sold with moderate demand on slaughter cows and good demand on fed steers & heifers!  Fed top was 110.50 on a package of steers weighing 1546#.

Cows were uneven as breakers were 2.00-3.00 lower, but boners and cutters sold steady.  Slaughter bulls were steady with high yielding bulls not tested.
