1178 cattle sold in today's special feeder auction. Cattle sold well when considering the huge down turn in the fed cattle market. Accordingly, demand was more than adequate. The futures market offers very little to be optimistic about and replacement cattle are selling accordingly.
The next feeder special is Sept 19 and is open to all feeders.
