Tues., August 13, 2019 - Packer Day
With the beef industry in a quandary after the fire late last week at the Tyson plant in Kansas, the market and the cattle futures both have reacted negatively to the news. Futures have locked limit lower 2 days in a row and the live market is also considerably lower without any stability in sight at the moment! That said there weren't enough top yieldig cattle to fully test the market.
