Tues., June 5, 2018 - Packer Day

After last week's heat related lite run, the numbers picked up along with the market as slaughter steers & heifers rebounded by 2.00 cwt.  Today's top was 118.50 compared to 116.50 last week.  Packer margins remain very profitable for them as available numbers continue to increase!

The cull cow market was very active as top cows climbed above 70.00 for the 1st time in several weeks!  Overall the trend was 2.00 higher with bulls steady!
