Tuesday, August 22, 2017 - Packer Day

The live market continues to spiral downward as adequate numbers combined with lower beef trade and the eroding futures market have proved burdensome for the market.  Today's top was 114.75 on a 1425# steer.  The bulk of the trade was 5.00 lower than last week.

Cull cows also were 2-3 lower with bulls steady.
