Tuesday, November 8, 2016 - Packer Day

The cattle market took a step backward today after promising markets the last couple of weeks.  Choice steers & heifers sold 3.00 to mostly 4.00 lower with select grading cattle fully 5.00 lower than last week.  The overall offering today wasn't as attractive from a grade standpoint as last week.

Cull cows sold 2-3 lower again as the numbers of slaughter cows continues to move! Look for this to continue for several more weeks.
