Tuesday, May 10, 2016 - Packer Day
What a difference a week makes! Last week top was 123.00, today it was 132.00. (Almost as crazy as the soybean market). Last week's rally at the merc and packer inventories getting much shorter helped jump start what had been a stagnant, depressing market.
Cows were also very active and bulls sold steady.
