With the spring planting season underway it made for a shorter slaughter run than normal. The market is being pressured by a continued drop in the live cattle futures! Fed cattle topped at 137.000 which was 3.00 lower than last week.
Cull cows also were lower (2.00-3.00) and bulls 3.00-4.00 lower than last week.
