Tuesday, December 8, 2015 - Packer Day
The November rain has made muddy lots as several cattle today were carrying extra mud giving the buyers some pause when figuring yields! Also evident today was the fact that several cattle have fallen into that YG 4&5 category which also makes them less appealing. This on top of less beef demand and falling futures made for a 3.00 lower market. Top was 124.00. Cull cows also sold 3.00 lower.
