Tuesday February 24, 2015 Packer Sale
Overall quality was better than last week, that said the market was still mostly 1.00 lower! Packers continue to struggle with procurement costs vs. the box trade, but that tug of war will continue for 60 days or so. Top today was 164.50.
Cow trade was very active w/several cows pushing the upper limits of yield & grade. A large percentage brought 110.00 or better!
