Saturday, December 20, 2014 - Wean-Vac Sale
1248 feeders sold in today's sale at Fairview Sale Barn. Big change at the Merc on the down side has dropped prices throughout the cattle industry. This was reflected in today's sale as prices overall were much lower than the CAB wean/vac sale last month. Cattle over 600# have been hit the hardest. The smaller they get, the less of a hit shows. Yet, feeder cattle continue to generate a lot of dollars per head.
