927 head sold today. The market was very good on everything. Cattle under 600# had plenty of takers for the greener front end types. Cattle above 600# were discounted somewhat if full, fleshy or dirty. The board has reflected some softness in the futures and those above 600# have slid which is very normal especially when feed costs have risen. There is still a lot of demand at prices that offer a chance for the cattle feeders to make a little profit.
