Tuesday, August 5, 2014 - Packer Day
Although there wasn't as many steers & heifers as last week in the upper limits
of the grade or yield, the market was still lower by 3-4! Top was 163.25!
Lower futures last week and uneasiness about beef demand in August was the main
reason.
Cull cows were near steady on the better grading cows and 2-4 lower on the
thinner, poorer yielding cows.
