Compared to our last reported market (2 weeks ago), slaughter steers & heifers sold mostly 8.00 higher.  Steer top was 148.50 and heifers topped at 148.00.  A few consignments carrying extra mud sold at low end of quotations.

Cow buyers also were active pursuing kill numbers as the slaughter cow trade was also several dollars higher.  Over 80 cows brought 90.00 or more!
