25, 2013- Packer Day
Last slaughter sale of June brought a
lower market even though the quality & finish of the fed steers & heifers was
less desirable than last week's offering. Steer top was 124.50 and heifers
topped at 124.25.
Cow buyers continue to be aggressive in
corralling numbers as slaughter cows topped at 93.50. Bull top was 105.50.
Fairview Sale Barn will be closed July1-5 for the July 4th Holiday.
There will be a sale this Thursday, June 27.
