Short run of slaughter steers & heifers after
Sunday's 6-10" snow that kept some cattle at home. Market was 1.00 to
instances 2.00 higher than last week even though all grades were not well
tested. Steer top was 129.75.
Good morning run of cows & bulls bolstered the
overall receipts as that market was fully stead with last week. Best
yielding cows sold over 80.00 and bulls topped at 99.00 cwt.
