Over 400 slaughter cattle in Fairview today and
the market traded mostly 1.50 lower on steers & heifers. Top price was
131.50 on heifers and 131.25 on steers. Consignments carrying extra dirt
sold at teh lower end of the range.
Slaughter cows sold steady and bulls 3-4 higehr than last week.

We will offer about 200 of the finest bred heifers around. This is restricted
sale and quality will be very good. A few top cows will also be included in the
sale which starts at 12:00
