Tuesday, January 17, 2017 - Packer Day

Slaughter steers  & heifers sold mostly steady with last week, even though there wasn't near the amount of high choice & prime cattle in the offering.  Top was 122.50.

Cull cows were active and sold 2-3 higher and bulls mostly 2.00 higher.

This Thursday we have a Wean-Vac Feeder sale at noon and on Saturday, the 21st Annual Special Cow Sale, featuring Kocher Bred Hrs., Lowry Bred heifers, 26 young cows from the Walker Farm!  There will be about 250 head.
