Over 450 cattle in Fairview today for this week's slaughter auction.  Steers & heifers sold mostly steady with a 108.00 top.  There was a package of steers weighing 1060# that brought 1.10 to return to the feedlot.

Cull cow numbers continue to be large around the circuit a buyers remain defensive with their bids because the pipeline remains full.  Look for this to continue for a few more week!  Cows & bulls sold $3-4 lower.

We will have Tuesday sales not he 20th & 27th of December.
