Even though bidding was active, the prices were lower as slaughter steers & heifers sold 3.00-4.00 lower compared to last week. Top today was 142.00. We did have some fancy 1,000-1,100# steers returning to the farm for more feed that brought up to $148.00/cwt.
Cull cows sold lower again by 2.00 cwt. and bulls sold steady to weak.
